Overview
Everything a trades or service business runs on, in one place: four parts on one thread. A website that gets you found, every lead from site, forms, ads, and calls in one pipeline, every job run as a project from first call to paid invoice, and an AI agent that does the work when asked. Built solo end to end on Next.js 16, Express, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Stripe, from infrastructure to billing cron, and live in production with paying trades businesses.

Why it exists
A trades or service business runs on a pile of disconnected tools: a site that never gets found, leads scattered across forms, ads, and missed calls, and the actual jobs tracked in a notebook. Nothing talks to each other, so work falls through the cracks and so does the money.
inFlow puts the whole business on one thread, sized and priced for a team of one: find the work, run the work, and get paid without leaving the app.
Built solo, end to end
The product thinking, the design, the engineering, the infrastructure, and the billing are all mine, and it is live in production with paying trades businesses today.
Next.js 16 and Express + TypeScript over MongoDB, Stripe for subscriptions and billing, and an AI agent grounded in each customer's own data. Everything from the embeddable lead capture to the billing cron, architected by one developer.
